At XR Workstation (developed by XR Computing Inc.), we prioritize your privacy and digital independence. This app is designed to provide a productive spatial computing environment while respecting your data.

1. Camera Usage

XR Workstation requires access to your device camera to enable 3D Hand Tracking and Mixed Reality (MR) Passthrough. This data is processed locally and in real-time on your device. No camera images or tracking data are ever recorded, stored, or transmitted to any external servers.

2. Microphone Usage

The app requires microphone access exclusively for the Voice Input feature. Audio is processed in real-time for speech-to-text conversion and is never recorded or stored by XR Computing Inc.

3. Data Collection & Registration

To provide a personalized 48-hour professional trial and prevent unauthorized use, XR Workstation requires a simple registration process. We collect the following information during onboarding:

• Name & Email: Used to identify your professional trial account.
• Android ID: A hardware-linked identifier used to track trial duration and license status across reinstalls.

This data is stored securely using Google Firebase Realtime Database. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising purposes.

• App Store Billing: The app uses the Google Play Billing SDK and Aptoide Billing SDK for secure transaction processing.
• Retail Licensing & Updates: The retail edition utilizes Android ID to generate and validate license keys and updates the app periodically from our server.

4. Advertisements

This app does not use advertisements or third-party ad networks. Monetization is handled strictly through secure in-app purchases to unlock professional spatial productivity features.

5. Terms of Service & Liability

By using XR Workstation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Physical Safety: You will not use this app in situations where full attention to the real world is required (walking, driving, operating machinery).
• Health: Extended spatial computing can cause eye strain or motion sickness. You agree to take frequent breaks and enable blue light filters.
• Experimental Status: Virtual inputs (Hand-Typing and Mouse) are experimental. XR Computing Inc. is not responsible for malfunctions, data loss, or user frustration resulting from their use.
• Institutional Independence: XR Computing Inc. is an independent entity. We are not liable for disputes with legacy platform holders.
